This User Agreement (hereinafter - the Agreement) regulates the conditions of use by the User of the materials of the site factum-auto.com (hereinafter - the Site).

Users are persons (both physical and legal) who visit the Site with the purpose of obtaining information necessary to solve their problem.

Site Administration (hereinafter — Administration) — the Site's copyright holder and employees authorized to manage the Site and implement data processing.

Before using the Site, the User should familiarize himself with the terms of the agreement.

1. General terms and conditions

The use of the materials of the Site is regulated by the norms of the current legislation. All materials presented on the Site are informative in nature. The administration can create, change, delete information and limit access to information at any time without warning.
This Agreement is a public offer. Use of the Site by the User is confirmation of agreement with the terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement may be amended and/or supplemented by the Administration unilaterally without notice. Changes/additions come into force from the moment of posting the new version of the User Agreement on the site factum-auto.com/en-am.
Use of the Site by the User after making changes/additions to the Agreement means that the User agrees with the changes/additions.
In case of disagreement with the new version of the Agreement, the User must stop using the Site materials.

2. Obligations of the User

The user agrees not to perform actions that may be considered a violation of legislation and norms of international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights.
Do not perform actions that can lead to a violation of the normal functioning of the Site.
Do not copy or use the materials of the Site without the consent of the copyright holder of the Site. If you want to use the materials of the Site, you must conclude a license agreement with the Right Owner.
When quoting materials from the Site, including author's materials protected by copyright, a link to the Site is mandatory.
The user is forbidden to use the materials of the Site for any purposes prohibited by law, as well as to incite any illegal activity or other activity that violates the rights of the Site or other persons.
The user agrees that the Site Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Site.
The User is informed that the Administration of the site is not responsible and does not have any direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or caused losses or damage related to the receipt of services and goods through external sites, resources or contacts of the User, which he entered using the information posted on the Site.
The user is warned that the Site Administration is not responsible for discrepancies between expected and actually received services.

3. Use of personal data.

The administration uses various technologies to collect, process and store information when the User visits the Site.
Receiving, processing, storing and using the User's personal data by the Administration is carried out in full accordance with the current legislation.
The Administration guarantees the protection of personal data and uses them exclusively for the provision of services and goods in accordance with the characteristics of the Site.
Sending the User's personal data to third parties by the Administration is excluded.

4. Other conditions

Any disagreements and possible contradictions between the parties to this Agreement are subject to resolution in accordance with current legislation.
None of the terms of the Agreement can be considered as the establishment of partnership or agency relations, personal employment relations, as well as joint activity relations and other relations that are not expressly provided for by this Agreement between the User and the Site Administration.
The court finding any of the provisions of the Agreement to be invalid, incorrect or unenforceable does not affect the validity of the other provisions of this Agreement.
Inaction on the part of the Administration in case of violation by the User of the provisions of this Agreement does not leave the Administration with the right to take appropriate actions in the future to protect its interests and copyrights on the materials of the Site, which are protected in accordance with the legislation.
The Administration does not accept any counter-proposals from the User regarding changes to the current provisions of this Agreement.
User reviews posted on the Site are not considered confidential information and may be used by the Site Administration without restrictions.

The user confirms that he is familiar with all clauses of this agreement, understands the terms of use and unconditionally accepts them.
