1 How to Order a Car from the USA or Canada?

2 How Does Car Selection at American Auctions Work?

After discussing all parameters and budget, our specialist begins searching for suitable options at auctions. We evaluate them and coordinate the final lot with you for bidding. The search continues until we find an option that fully meets your requirements.

3 What Happens After Selecting a Car?

When a suitable lot is found, we thoroughly check the technical condition of the car. For this, we use databases such as DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) to obtain information about the number of owners, actual mileage, accidents, and the seller.

If doubts arise, we select another, more reliable option. After verification, the final cost is calculated, and a cooperation agreement is signed.

4 How Does Bidding for the Selected Car Work?

To participate in bidding, it is necessary to conclude a contract and make a minimum deposit (usually $500). If the lot is won, we move to the next stage — payment for the car.

If the budget is exceeded at the auction, we will offer an alternative option or return the deposit at your request.

5 When Is Payment for the Car Made?

After winning at the auction, you receive an international document (invoice), including the cost of the car, auction commissions, and fees. This is your first payment, which must be made within 3 days. Late payment may lead to sanctions, and part of the deposit will go to cover the fine.

6 What to Do After Paying for the Car?

After payment, the car remains at the auction site waiting for shipment. At this stage, you pay part of the transportation cost and 50% of our services (second payment). The car is sent to the port for delivery to Europe. All cargo is insured, and tracking is done online. Delivery to a European port takes about 30 days.

7 What Happens After the Car Is Delivered to a European Port?

The car is delivered to ports in Germany or Lithuania, where it is parked waiting for shipment to Kazakhstan. At this stage, the third payment is made, including parking expenses, transportation to Kazakhstan, and the remaining 50% of our services. Parking is paid for each day the car is idle at the port.

8 When Is Payment for Customs Clearance Made?

Customs clearance is paid after the car arrives at the Kazakhstan border (fourth payment). This is handled by our experienced brokers, who complete the process in 5-10 working days. We guarantee quick processing without extra costs.

9 What Happens After the Car Arrives in Kazakhstan?

After delivery and customs clearance, you can pick up the car yourself or use our delivery services to a service station or to your city.

If the car requires repairs, we will deliver it to the station of your choice or to our service station for restoration.

10 What to Do If the Car Needs Repairs?

You can handle the repairs yourself or entrust it to us. We provide a preliminary calculation of repair costs even before buying the car

If you use our services, the repair will be carried out at a pre-agreed price.

11 Is Car Certification Mandatory?

Yes, certification is mandatory for legal operation of the car on the roads of Kazakhstan. You can undergo certification yourself or use the services of our certification centers. This process takes 1-2 days.

12 How to Register a Car to the Owner?

Car registration is possible after certification. You can process the documents yourself or through our technical department, which will organize registration at a specialized center within 1 working day.

Please note that the personal presence of the owner is mandatory for registration.
