  • How to Calculate the Cost of a Car and Its Delivery?

We offer a preliminary calculation of the car cost so that you can plan your budget in advance.

This calculation includes the price of the car at auction, the cost of delivery, customs clearance, repair, spare parts, registration, and our services.

A common problem in the market is when companies underestimate the cost of repairs, and as a result, the car turns out to be more expensive than expected.

To avoid this, we detail all calculations, including damaged parts, real prices for spare parts, and the cost of work at our verified service stations. This data is sent to you for approval.

Savings can amount to 10-30% of the market value of a similar car in Poland, and for the premium segment — up to 50%. We take into account factors such as the location of the car, the cost of customs clearance, repair expenses, and logistics.

This allows us to offer you the most profitable option.

  • How to Submit a Request for Car Selection?

You can submit a request by calling our hotline or filling out a form on the website. Our specialists will contact you to clarify the parameters of the car and your budget.

We select cars according to your requests. If you haven't decided on a choice yet or want to know the details of delivery from the USA or Canada, our experts will help you understand the process.

You can also subscribe to updates through our chat bot to receive current offers with detailed information about costs.

  • How Does the Car Selection and Verification Process Work?

After discussing your preferences, our specialist begins searching for suitable lots at auctions such as Copart, IAAI, and Manheim.

We thoroughly check each car, including its history in the DMV database: number of owners, mileage, accidents, and seller reputation.

We do not offer cars with damaged engines, transmissions, or a history of flooding.

  • How Do You Avoid Buying Flood-Damaged Cars?

We check cars for the "water/flood" mark in the DMV database. Even with minimal flooding, such cars necessarily receive this mark. We also evaluate their condition visually. Thanks to these measures, you can be confident in the reliability of your choice.

  • When Is the Contract Concluded?

The contract is concluded after selecting the car and checking its condition. You receive the contract for review and then sign it.

  • Is a Down Payment Required?

A full down payment is not required. It is sufficient to make a deposit (usually $500 or 10% for cars costing more than $20,000). This deposit is used to cover expenses if the car is won at auction but not paid for.

  • Why Is a Deposit Needed?

The deposit is an auction requirement for participation in bidding. If the car is not won or you refuse further participation, the deposit is returned in full.

  • How Does Bidding for the Desired Car Work?

In order for us to start bidding for the desired item, we need to sign a contract and make a minimum deposit to participate in the auction. After that, at the desired date and time, our buyer takes part in the bidding along with other business participants of the auction. When the car is won, it arrives at the auction site where it awaits payment and further transportation.

You and I participate in the bidding for the selected car based on the previously agreed amount (budget for the purchase). If the bid for the desired lot is higher than this amount, we skip this car to find the next one that meets your criteria and budget. There are dozens of variants of cars at auctions that satisfy any, even the most delicate request. But also, if we could not win for you the desired car, you can request a refund of the deposit and we will return it to you in full.

  • What Payments Follow After Winning a Car at Auction?

After winning, an invoice is formed including the cost of the car and auction commissions. Payment must be made within three days.

  • What Happens After Paying for the Car?

The car remains at the auction site until shipment. At this stage, transportation and 50% of our services are paid for. Then the car is sent to a European port, which takes about 30 days.

  • What Happens After the Car Arrives at a European Port?

After delivery to ports in Germany or the Netherlands, the car is placed in a parking lot. At this stage, expenses for parking, transportation to Poland, and the remaining part of our services are paid.

  • How to Protect the Car During Transportation?

We insure cars against damage at all stages of transportation. Reliable partners ensure the safety of all parts, including small elements.

  • When Is Customs Clearance Paid?

Customs clearance is paid after the car arrives in Poland. The procedure takes 1-2 working days and is fully accompanied by our brokers.

  • How to Register a Car After Repair?

Registration is possible only after certification. You can conduct it yourself or through our centers. The personal presence of the owner and the necessary package of documents are mandatory for registration.

  • What to Do If the Car Arrives with Unexpected Damage?

To avoid such situations, we thoroughly check the car at the selection stage. If necessary, you can request an expert's participation at the auction.

  • How Is the Cost of Repair Guaranteed?

The cost of repair is calculated taking into account all body and interior damage. These calculations can be verified at any service station. We also offer favorable prices for spare parts thanks to cooperation with distributors.
