  • How does the car selection and verification process work?

    After we discuss all the criteria and budget with you, our specialist begins searching for lots at auctions. We select suitable options on Copart, IAAI, and Manheim and carefully check the condition of the car.

    Important! We do not offer flooded cars or cars with damaged engine or gearbox.

    Before the auction, we check the car's history in the DMV database: number of owners, mileage, accidents, and seller reliability. If the lot raises suspicions, we continue the search.

  • How do you avoid purchasing flooded cars?

    The question about flooded cars concerns many clients and is completely justified. However, such cars are marked in the DMV database as "water/flood". Even in the case of a minor flood, the car necessarily receives this mark. It can also be determined visually. We check the car's history so that you can be at ease.

  • At what stage is the contract concluded? With whom is it signed?

  • Why is a deposit necessary?

    The deposit is an auction requirement for participation. If the car is not won or you give up participation, the deposit is fully returned.

  • How Does Bidding for the Desired Car Work?

    In order for us to start bidding for the desired item, we need to sign a contract and make a minimum deposit to participate in the auction. After that, at the desired date and time, our buyer takes part in the bidding along with other business participants of the auction. When the car is won, it arrives at the auction site where it awaits payment and further transportation.

    You and I participate in the bidding for the selected car based on the previously agreed amount (budget for the purchase). If the bid for the desired lot is higher than this amount, we skip this car to find the next one that meets your criteria and budget. There are dozens of variants of cars at auctions that satisfy any, even the most delicate request. But also, if we could not win for you the desired car, you can request a refund of the deposit and we will return it to you in full.

  • What payments follow after winning the lot?

    After winning the lot, we prepare an invoice for the car payment, including commissions - this is the first payment. Payment must be made within 3 days after the auction.

  • What happens after paying for the car?

    After payment, the car remains at the auction site. Then the second payment must be made for transport and 50% of our services. The car is sent to the port for delivery to Europe, and delivery takes approximately 30 days.

  • What happens when the car arrives at the European port?

    The car arrives at ports in Germany or Lithuania, where it is placed in a parking lot. Here the third payment must be made, which includes the cost of parking, delivery to Moldova, and the remaining 50% of our services.

  • How can I protect the car from damage during transport?

  • When should customs clearance be paid?
