If you've decided to purchase a car, leave a request on our website. A company specialist will contact you to clarify the car parameters and budget. You can also call the hotline at 48 799 355 909 to place an order.
After agreeing on all car parameters and budget, our specialist begins searching for suitable options at auctions. We evaluate the found lots and coordinate the final choice with you for participation in bidding. The search continues until we find an option that fully meets your requirements.
When a suitable lot is found, we conduct a thorough check of its technical condition. To eliminate risks, we use the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) database to check the car's history: number of owners, mileage, accidents, and seller reputation.
If the car raises doubts, we select another, more reliable option. After this, the final cost is calculated, and we sign a cooperation agreement.
To participate in bidding, it is necessary to conclude a contract and make a minimum deposit (usually $500). This allows us to participate in bidding for your car.
If the lot is won, we move to the next stage — payment for the car. If the bid exceeded your budget, we select another option. At your request, the deposit can be returned.
After winning at the auction, an international document (invoice) is formed, which includes the cost of the car, commissions, and auction fees. This is your first payment, which must be made within 3 days. Late payment may lead to fines, which will be covered from the deposit.
After payment, the car remains at the auction site waiting for shipment. At this stage, you pay part of the transportation cost and 50% of our services — this is your second payment. After this, the car is sent to the port for further delivery to Europe. All cargo is insured, and the car's location can be tracked online. Delivery to a European port takes about 30 days.
The car is delivered to ports in Germany or the Netherlands, where it is placed in a parking lot waiting for shipment to Poland. At this stage, the third payment is made, including parking expenses, transportation to Poland, and the remaining 50% of our services. Parking is paid for each day of car storage.
Customs clearance is paid after the car arrives at the Polish border. This is your fourth payment. The clearance process takes 5-10 working days and is fully controlled by our brokers. We guarantee prompt processing without extra costs.
After delivery and customs clearance, you can pick up the car yourself or use our services for delivering the car to a service station or to your city.
If the car requires repairs, we will deliver it to the station of your choice or to our service center for restoration.
You can handle the repairs yourself or entrust it to our company. We provide a preliminary calculation of repair costs before buying the car.
If you decide to use our services, the repair will be carried out at an agreed price.
Yes, certification is mandatory for legal operation of the car on Polish roads. You can undergo certification yourself or use the services of our certification centers. The process takes 1-2 days.
Car registration is possible only after passing certification. You can process the documents yourself or through our technical department, which will organize registration at the local Service Center in 1 working day.
Please note that the personal presence of the owner is mandatory.
