This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the terms of the User’s use of the materials on the website factum-auto.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

Users are individuals (both natural and legal) who visit the Site in order to obtain information necessary to solve their problem.

The Website Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) is the copyright holder of the Website and employees authorized to manage the Website and process data.

Before using the Site, the User should read the terms of the agreement.

If you do not agree with the terms of the Agreement, do not use the Site.

1. General terms and conditions

  1. Use of the Website materials is governed by the current legislation of Moldova. All materials presented on the Website are for informational purposes only. The Administration may create, modify, delete, or restrict access to information at any time without notice.
  2. This Agreement is a public offer. Use of the Website by the User constitutes acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
  3. This Agreement may be amended and/or supplemented by the Administration unilaterally without notice. Amendments/additions will take effect upon posting the new version of the User Agreement on the Website at factum-auto.com/en-md/.
  4. Use of the Site by the User after amendments/additions to the Agreement mean that the User agrees with the amendments/additions.
  5. In case of disagreement with the new version of the Agreement, the User must stop using the Site materials.

2. User's Obligations

  1. The User agrees not to commit any actions that may be considered a violation of Moldovan law and international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights.
  2. Do not commit any actions that may disrupt the normal functioning of the Site.
  3. If you wish to use the materials of the Site, you must enter into license agreements with the Copyright Holder.
  4. By filling out the contact forms on the website, I agree to the processing of my personal data by Factum Auto. This data may be used to send notifications and stored in the company's database in accordance with the requirements of Law No. 133 "On the Protection of Personal Data" of July 8, 2011, as well as current European Union legislation on the protection of personal information.
  5. When quoting materials from the Site, including copyrighted materials, a link to the Site is required.
  6. The User is prohibited from using the Site materials for any purposes prohibited by Moldovan law, as well as from inciting any illegal activity or other activity that violates the rights of the Site or other persons.
  7. The User agrees that the Site Administration does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the Site.
  8. The User is advised that the Website Administration is not responsible and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User for any potential or consequential losses or damages related to the receipt of services and goods through external websites, resources, or contacts the User has made using the information posted on the Website. The User is also warned that the Website Administration is not responsible for any discrepancies between the services expected and those actually received.

3. Use of personal data.

  1. The Administration uses various technologies to collect, process and store information when the User visits the Site.
  2. The receipt, processing, storage and use of the User's personal data by the Administration is carried out in full compliance with the current legislation of Moldova on the inadmissibility of personal information.
  3. The Administration guarantees the protection of personal data and uses it exclusively to provide services and goods in accordance with the characteristics of the Site.
  4. The Administration shall not send the User's personal data to third parties.

4. Other conditions

  1. Any disagreements and possible contradictions between the parties to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current Moldovan legislation.
  2. None of the terms of the Agreement may be considered as establishing between the User and the Site Administration any partnership or agency relationship, personal employment relationship, or any relationship for joint activities or other relationships that are not expressly provided for by this Agreement.
  3. If a court finds any provision of this Agreement invalid, incorrect or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of this Agreement.
  4. Inaction on the part of the Administration in the event of a violation by the User of the provisions of this Agreement does not deprive the Administration of the right to subsequently take appropriate actions to protect its interests and copyrights to the materials of the Site, protected in accordance with the law.
  5. The Administration does not accept any counter-proposals from the User regarding changes to the current provisions of this Agreement.
  6. User reviews posted on the Site are not confidential information and may be used by the Site Administration without restrictions.

The User confirms that he/she has read all the clauses of this Agreement, understands the terms of use and unconditionally accepts them.
